  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • Vegetable oil
  • 32 ounce. jar spaghetti sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Tenderize and flatten chicken between 2 pcs of plastic wrap. Combine beaten egg and lowfat milk. Dip chicken into egg-lowfat milk mix, and then into bread crumbs coating each side. Fry coated chicken in just sufficient oil approximately 4 min on each side or possibly till golden.
  2. Place fried pcs in a rectangular baking pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken and cover pan with foil. Bake 50 min. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 10 more min.
