Ingredients
- 3 lrg Apples, (minced fine)
- 1 c. Packed brown sugar
- 1 c. White sugar
- 2 x Large eggs, (room temperature)
- 1 c. Oil
- 1 c. Minced walnuts
- 3 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Pour brown and white sugar over apples in a large bowl. Let sit for 20 min. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix together with large wooden spoon till well-blended. Pour into a greased and floured tube or possibly bundt pan. Bake at 350 for one hour. Can be topped with whipped cream and garnished with maraschino cherry before serving.
