1/2 minced onion
1/3 c. minced green pepper
1 egg
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs (whole wheat or possibly multi-grain)
3/4 c. Warm salsa or possibly picante sauce

Directions

Combine ingredients and place in loaf pan. Top with equal parts of Hunts original BBQ sauce and warm picante sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
