Directions

  1. Cook raisins in water till water is gone. Add in the applesauce, Large eggs, sweetener and oil and mix well. Blend in the other ingredients that have been sifted together. Add in vanilla. Pour into greased and floured pans, preferably loaf pans. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees or possibly till done.
  2. Makes10 to 12 servings.
