  • 2 Packages Philadelphia cream cheese, softened (1 - 8 ounce. + 1 - 3 ounce. pkg.)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 (20 ounce.) can Dole crushed pineapple, well liquid removed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 Keebler 9" graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. 2. In mixing bow., using electric mixer, beat softened cream cheese till fluffy.
  3. 3. Add in Large eggs and sugar; beat mix till smooth. Add in vanilla and lemon extracts; mix well.
  4. 5. Pour mix into graham cracker crust.
  5. 6. Add in well liquid removed crushed pineapple on top.
  6. 7. Bake till set, 30 to 45 min.
  7. 8. Remove from oven and cold.
  8. 9. Refrigeratein refrigerator for at least 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
  9. 10. Eat and enjoy.
