  • 2/3 c. condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1 c. minced nuts
  • 1/2 c. minced dates

Directions

  1. Combine lowfat milk, vanilla and sugar. Stir till creamy and smooth. Add in nuts and dates; blend till well mixed. Press into a shallow pan 8x8 inch square pan. Refrigeratetill hard; cut into squares.
