  • 1 stick whipped butter
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Put together butter, flour, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon, and salt and mix till crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. To the remaining mix, add in the combined large eggs and lowfat milk. Mix well.Pour into a greased and lightly floured 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle with the reserved crumbs.
  2. Bake in a moderate oven, 375°F for 30-35 min.
  3. Serving Size: 12.
