- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 3 -4 tablespoons minced sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 ¼ cup bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
