Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. scalded lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tbsp. butter
Directions
- Combine butter, sugar, salt, flour and Large eggs. Add in lowfat milk slowly, stirring constantly. Cook over warm water till thick and smooth. Then add in vanilla.
