Directions

  1. Combine egg yolk, butter, cream of wheat and flour,mix well. Beat egg white till stiff peaks form. Add in egg whites, mix in remaining ingredients. Roll out, cut in small strips. Let stand 5 - 10 min. May be dropped into warm broth, soup or possibly stew. Simmer, covered for 10 min.
