Ingredients

  • For the Cranberry Mixture:
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1½ cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • For the Crust:
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 full sheets of graham crackers)
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • For the Cheesecake:
  • 32 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
