  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour, heaping

Directions

  1. * Coconut should be split, peeled, and grated. Lowfat milk should be added to coconut lowfat milk to make 1 pint.
  2. ^^- - Cook all ingredients in a 3-qt saucepan except coconut till thick. Add in coconut and cook another 10 min on low-heat. Cold before putting on any white cake. MILDRED HARTLEY - this recipe has been in her family for over 100 years.
