  • 1 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
  • 1 1/2 c. Chilled whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. Hershey's syrup

Directions

  1. In small mixer bowl stir together confectioners' sugar and cocoa.
  2. Stir in whipping cream. Beat till stiff; blend in syrup. Refrigeratetill desired consistency.
