Chocolate Sauerkraut Cake Recipe

• 2/3 c. butter or possibly margarine
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 3 x Large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
• 2 1/4 c. flour, sifted
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking pwdr
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 c. water
• 2/3 c. sauerkraut, well liquid removed and minced
