  1. In a large bowl, beat Large eggs till light. While still beating, add in sugar, oil and vanilla. Stir in melted chocolate and zucchini. Add in flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add in this gradually to zucchini mix, stirring well after each addition. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Divide batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans Or possibly 5 mini loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (minis for 55 min or possibly till tests done.)
