Directions

  1. Set aside 1/3 of chipped beef. Add in chopped onions to cream cheese along with other ingredients. Shape into 2 balls and roll in remaining chipped beef (a bowl is good for this). The cheese balls can be frzn and used later. Serve with crackers.
  2. NOTE: These are fairly large balls, so you could make 3, but reserve a little more chipped beef to cover.
