Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing mix
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3 c. cut-up cooked chicken
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. thawed mixed vegetables
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place contents of vegetable/seasoning packet (from stuffing mix) and butter in a bowl. Add in warm water. Stir in partially melted butter. Add in stuffing crumbs. Stir gently to mix.
- Mix soup and lowfat milk in a 2 qt casserole dish. Stir in chicken and vegetables. Spoon stuffing over chicken mix. Bake for 45 min or possibly till warm and bubbly and brown.
