Ingredients
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over raw chicken. Chill overnight at least. Can be used before barbecuing, oven baking, or possibly frying.
