Directions

  1. Combine greens, chicken, oranges, and cucumber in a large bowl.
  2. Combine vinegar and sugar.
  3. Whisk in vegetable oil and sesame oil.
  4. Pour dressing over salad.
  5. Add sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste, then toss.
  6. Place wrap on work surface and spread 4 oz of chicken mixture on bottom half of wrap. Roll wrap from the bottom half to the top. Seal then slice in half on the bias.
