  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/4 c. Minute rice
  • 1 chicken, cut up

Directions

  1. Blend 3 soups together and add in the Minute rice and put in a flat baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Skin chicken pcs and lay on top of rice mix. Dab butter on each piece of chicken. Salt and pepper the chicken lightly. (I use "Greek seasoning" on the chicken.) Do not Cover! Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. (If dish is too full, set on a cookie sheet.)
