Ingredients
- 2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. Sugar, divided
- 14 c. (1/2 stick) butter Or possibly Margarine, melted
- 3 pkt Cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 can (20 ounce) cherry pie- Filling
Directions
- Mix crumbs, 1/4 c. of the sugar and butter. Press into 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 325F for 10 min. Mix cream cheese, remaining 3/4 c. sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed till well blended.
- Add in Large eggs; mix just till blended. Pour over crust. Bake at 325F for 35 min or possibly till centre is almost set. Cold. Chill 3 hrs or possibly overnight. Top with pie filling. Cut into squares. Garnish, if you like.
- Makes 18 servings.
- Prep time: 20 min plus refrigerating.
