Cathy's Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

• 2 c. Cooked mashed sweet potatoes (up to 3)
• 1/2 c. White sugar
• 1/2 c. Brown sugar
• 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
• 2 x Large eggs, beaten
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1/3 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (up to 1)
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 c. Minced pecans
• 1/2 c. Self rising flour
• 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
• 1 c. Brown sugar
