basic side dish with wine, cinnamon and brown sugar to make it really yummy!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1 cup grated peeled sweet potatos
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup grated peeled apples
- 1/2 cup matzo meal
- 2 tbls. sweet wine
- 1/2 teas. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions
- use some of melted margarine to lightly grease a 7 x 11" baking pan.
- Combine the remainder of the margarine with the other ingredients, mix well. Pour mixture into pan. Bake 375 degrees 45 minutes or until brown.
