1 stick butter
1 c. pecans
8 ounce cream cheese
1/2 carton (12 ounce) Cold Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 box vanilla instant puddingbox chocolate instant pudding
2 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Directions

Put together in 13x9 pan. Bake 350 for 20 min. Cool.
Top with remaining Cool Whip. Put in refrigerator.
