Ingredients
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. flour
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. small pecans broken up
- 1 c. coconut
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Mix crust ingredients. Line bottom and sides of 7 1/2 by 11 1/2 by 1 1/2 inch cake pan. Spread mix proportionately. Bake 15 min at 375F.
- Beat Large eggs till soft. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Spread over baked crust. Return to oven. Bake 15 min longer at 375F. When cool, cut into strips or possibly squares.
