Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar in mixer. Add in bananas and mix well. Add in large eggs and continue mixing. Add in soda which has been dissolved in buttermilk. Add in with flour and salt. Mix in nuts. Bake in 1 large or possibly 2 small greased and lightly floured loaf pans for 60 min in a 350 degree oven.
