  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar, divided
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla, divided
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 12 oz. strawberries, hulled and sliced
