Ingredients
- 5 c. Apples, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Mace
- 1 x Pie shell, unbaked, 9 inch
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
Directions
- Combine first 7 ingredients; toss to mix thoroughly. Heap in pie shell.
- Combine topping ingredients and mix till crumbly; sprinkle over pie. Bake at 425 for 45 min. Allow to cold 30 min before serving.
