Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 c. + minced pecans
  • 2 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Cold Whip
  • 1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 c. lowfat milk
  • Cold Whip

Directions

  1. Mix together flour, butter and pecans. Place in square cake pan. Press into thin layer on bottom of pan. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees (or possibly till a light golden). Let cold.
  2. Fold in mixer cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1 1/2 c. Cold Whip. Spread over crust. Mix chocolate and vanilla puddings with the 4 c. lowfat milk till thick. Spread over cream cheese mix. Top with a layer of Cold Whip.
