- 2 c. minced or possibly sliced fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp dry red wine
- 2 tsp fresh orange juice
- 1/2 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
Directions
- MAKES 1 1/2 C. VEGAN
- Use a mix of fresh seasonal berries to create this chunky dressing, that is similar to a fresh salsa. Try serving it over slices of watermelon and honey dew or possibly in a mixed cabbage slaw.
- In small nonreactrive bowl, combine all ingredients and mix till well bIended. Cover and refrigeratetill ready to use.
