Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 6 loin pork chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
- Warm oil
Directions
- Put together flour, bread crumbs, lowfat milk, egg, salt, oregano, and paprika. Dip each chop into batter; brown chops on both sides in oil heated to 350 degrees. Drain on paper towels.
