Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add in noodles and cook till tender about 5 to 6 min. Drain and divide into four bowls. In stock pot, add in broth and soy sauce and bring to boil. Add in leek and cook for 1 to 2 min; add in shrimp and cook for 1 to 2 min. Then add in chili sauce and white pepper. Ladle soup into bowls and add in barbecued pork. Garnish with sesame seeds.
  2. Serves 4.
