Ingredients
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Sake or possibly other wine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated or possibly grnd ginger
- 1 clove garlic or possibly 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent (optional)
Directions
- Soak meat in sauce for at least an hour before cooking. Broil or possibly charcoal chicken, shrimp, beef, fish, ribs as desired. Serve with extra sauce heated.
