Directions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients. Beat hard for 30 seconds. Stir in nuts and bananas. Grease 1 loaf pan. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 min. Cool before slicing.For Fruit Nut Bread: Use 3/4 cup sugar. Use 1/4 cups orange juice instead of lowfat milk. Add in 1 cup raisins or possibly other dry fruit.
