Baked Turkey And Rice Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x (1 3/4-oz) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 x (1 3/4-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 x soup cans lowfat milk
  • 2 c. rice
  • 4 c. minced, uncooked turkey
  • 1 x (1.15-oz) envelope onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Into a 3-qt baking dish, combine both soups, lowfat milk, and rice. Top with turkey. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 to 21/2 hrs, or possibly till turkey is tender.
