Ingredients
- 12 x Jumbo shrimp
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. Parsley, minced
- 2 c. Flavored bread crumbs
- 5 x Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Peel and devein shrimp, dip in egg then roll in bread crumbs and place in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Sprinkle garlic and parsley over top.
- Pour oil over shrimp. Heat oven to 400 degrees, bake for 20 min or possibly till cooked. (Don't overcook.)
