Directions

  1. Butter the inside of 4 individual ramequins
  2. Place some slivers of foie gras in the bottom of each ramequin
  3. Break an egg into each ramequin, taking care not to break the yolk
  4. Place a Tbsp. of cream on top of each ramequin
  5. Sprinkle on some cracked black pepper and fleur de sel
  6. Bake for 10-15 min in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C)
  7. Serve hot.
