Directions

  1. Combine flour, brown sugar, flour and baking soda. With spoon make a well (dent) in center of flour mix. In the well add in lowfat milk, egg, oil, Amish batter and orange juice. Stir with fork till mix is well moistened. Don't overmix, batter will be lumpy. Spoon in well greased muffin c.. Bake at 375 F 30-35 min. Allow to cold in pan 5 min before removing.
