Directions

  1. Heat chocolate chips. Beat egg yolks and add in to melted chocolate. Add in instant coffee. Beat egg whites and fold into chocolate mix. Beat cream and mix in. Put 1/2 of broken up angel food cake (or possibly split lady fingers) in pan. Pour 1/2 chocolate mix over and repeat ending with chocolate mix on top. Set in refrigerator overnight or possibly not less than 6 hrs. Serves 6-8.
