About me

I've always worked in the hospitality industry but decided to enroll in culinary school to learn the ropes in the BOH!

I have a 2 year old daughter and her daddy is an executive chef from Italy. He sold his restaurant and hopefully in the future we'll run a place together!

I love baking, I enjoy reading-mostly non-fiction but I did LOVE the book EAT, PRAY, LOVE by Elizabeth Gilbert. I also loved Garlic and Sapphires by Ruth Reichl-editor of Gourmet magazine and also recommend the book "Setting the Table" by Danny Meyer.
