About me

I'm trying to lose weight through south beach diet because I would like to conceive soon. I am 50 lbs overweight. I hope that by looking at the recipes here, i will be able to still eat the right meals and lose weight at the same time. I am looking for recipes that have ingredients that can be easily found in the grocery or my own refrigerator.
