About me

I would like to transport the essence of my birthplace Sora (Rome) to the beautiful setting of Chesterland - Ohio.

The first ingredient in all my dishes is his "cuore" (heart) and passion for his trade.
This is splendidly reflected in the careful presentations, wistful aromas, and creative tastes of their traditional dishes.

Allow your taste to be transported to Italy by thin crust pizzas, salads, featuring fresh Italian cheeses like Parmigiano Reggiano, EVOO, plum tomato, and basil.

Cooking Influences

I took up cooking as a hobby because each time I ate out in restaurants I had a passion for tasting the natural flavors of the basic ingredients. From there I developed and educated my tasting abilities and all my dishes aim to bring out the natural flavors of their ingredients. As a Chef I favor the traditional Italian cuisine rich in the flavors of its mother land.
