Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Oil (or possibly non-stick spray)
  • 3 x Large eggs, well beaten Or possibly- egg replacer
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk or possibly lowfat milk substitute
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. AM Multi Blend Flour
  • 2 tsp Non-alum baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Oil a 9" x 9" cake pan. Mix liquid ingredients together. Mix dry ingredients together. Combine mixtures. Pour batter into pan and bake 15 min. Serve while warm with honey or possibly syrup and/or possibly fruit. Try with fruit yogurt.
  2. Makes 2 large or possibly 4 small servings.
