Ingredients
- 500 gm Potatoes
- 2 med Onions
- 1 Tbsp. Ghee
- 1/4 tsp Black mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp Grnd turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Chilli pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
Directions
- Boil the potatoes, peel and dice. Chop onions finley. Heat ghee in a saucepan and fry the mustard seeds till they pop. Add in the onions and continue frying on low heat till they are soft and golden. Add in turmeric and chilli pwdr and stir, then add in potatoes, sprinkle salt over and toss gently to mix well together. Serve warm or possibly cool.
