Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) pie crust
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 4 c. sliced zucchini
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 T parsley
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
Directions
- Spread mustard in pie crust. Mix egg and cheese together. Saute zucchini, spices and onions in 1/2 stick butter. Add in to egg and cheese mix. Pour in pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
