  • 1 tbsp. bacon drippings
  • 4 potatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 c. minced carrots
  • 2 tbsp. chicken bouillon
  • 4 c. water

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and simmer till tender. Add in: 1 (12 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk 2 tbsp. flour mixed with 1/4 c. water
  2. Mix till thick and melted.
