Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian Sausage
  • 1 cup onion-chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves- minced
  • 1 cup carrots-diced
  • 1 cup zucchini-diced
  • 1 green pepper- chopped
  • 3 13 oz cans beef broth
  • 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 28 oz can whole tomatoes
  • 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
