Directions

  1. Combine cooked rice and Italian dressing. Cover and refrigerateover night. Add in mayonnaise to undrained rice mix and stir. Mix in the rest of ingredients. Press in 5 1/2 c. mold. Cover and refrigerate2 to 3 hrs. Unmold and place lettuce around ring and tomatoes in center of ring.
