I love tutti-frutti (candied papaya). You can absolutely make anything using these sweet colorful papayas.
Ingredients
- Tutti frutti 10 TB
- All purpose flour 1 Cup
- Custard powder 10 teaspoons
- Milk powder 3 teaspoons
- Cardamom powder 2 teaspoons
- Baking powder 0.8 teaspoon
- Butter 10 TB
- Sugar powder 10 TB
- Pineapple essence ½ teaspoon
Directions
- In a bowl- Mix butter and sugar- mix it well to make it creamy
- In a other bowl- Mix all the dry ingredients and mix it well
- In a bowl with a wet mixture- mix dry ingredients slowly.
- Once the mixture is mixed well, add pineapple essence to it
- mix well.
- Roll the mixture in cylinder roll.
- wrap it with a plastic wrap
- freeze it in a refrigerator for 30-45 minutes
- While then, pre heat the oven on 350 F
- Take out the cookie roll out and cut them with desired thickness or 1 inch apart
- Align the cookies on the baking sheet and bake them for 15 minutes or more/less according to oven.
- NOTE- the cookies will be soft when you take them out from the oven, let them cool completely before you serve.
