Ingredients
- 1 stk butter, melted
- 3/4 c. Walnuts, finely grnd
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 pkt Frzn strawberries or possibly raspberries
- 2 c. Boiling water
- 1 lrg Box raspberries jello
- 26 lrg Marshmallows
- 1/2 pt Whipping cream
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
Directions
- Mix all ingredients for crust and press into 11x8 glass pan, and bake 350 for15-20 min. Cold completely. Mix jello and water. Add in frzn berries, stir and pour over cooled crust. Place in fridge till set. Heat marshmallows and lowfat milk together, stirring constantly. Cold (will separate a little while cooling) Whip cream till stiff peaks form. Mix in marshmallow mix. Pour over ste jello center. Allow to refrigeratefor at least 2 hrs before serving. Keep refrigerated.
